I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel. It is modern, feels luxurious, nice soaps etc. in the bathroom, good restaurant, excellent spa, great breakfast and ski room. Mostly though it was the staff that made my stay so good. I had a few complaints (see below) which I discussed with many different people throughout the week and everyone was super understanding, friendly and went out of their way to help me (including reception, restaurant & housekeeping staff). I would be happy to stay here again! Thank you. Some constructive feedback: 1. I booked a Grand Studio room & it wasn't clear to me that this was not located in the main hotel and I would have to dress/wear shoes to get to the restaurant/spa. This should be made clear at the time of booking. However, the reception team quickly & easily moved me to another room. That was great. 2. The lights at the front of the hotel are on all night & day. This is not very environmentally friendly. Additionally, the curtains in my room did not fully block the light at night and so I ended up with only 2 hours sleep on my first night. It seems that it was not possible to turn off the lights, so housekeeping were really helpful and came up with a workaround which made the room dark. I was also offered another room change but in the end this wasn't required. 3. During Covid I could only eat at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is really nice and a good menu/staff. However, due to personal tastes (don't like shellfish, bone-marrow etc.) I had limited options on the menu. It would be a good idea during Covid to have some more simple options or daily specials on the menu (like a simple tomato pasta) - although there was a beef tagliata special one evening.
