Fantastic stay at the hotel, great customer service, lovely breakfast and a wonderful meal in the restaurant on Saturday night. All of the staff were very helpful, many thanks to every one.

My daughter and I stayed at the Rye Lodge for 5 nights, it was our 2nd time at the hotel and it will not be our last. We had a wonderfull time, our room was clean and had everything we needed the bed was really comfortable .We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day . The staff were so friendly and helpfull especially at breakfast. The breakfast was cooked really well and there was a nice variety of fruit cereal and juices. I have been coming to Rye for a number of years now and have stayed at other well known hotels, but now that I have stayed at the Rye lodge I won't be staying anywhere else , to me it is the best hotel in Rye and can't wait to come back !

This is our 3rd visit with you and each time the service gets better! We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary on 23 July and the service was outstanding. I had pre-ordered a bottle of Champagne ( which my husband knew nothing about) - Mandy checked us in on Friday and looked after us so well. On Saturday she presented us with the Champagne, like a rabbit out of a hat - the look on my husband's face was priceless! We are looking to stay again this year and hope your Restaurant for dinner will be up and running. We enjoyed our time so much that we planning to spend as many future anniversaries as we can at your lovely hotel. Wonderful service and staff who truly know the meaning of the customer comes first! We found the Rye Lodge Hotel excellent, and thought that the rooms were in excess of a three-star hotel. Very comfortable with terrific in room facilities. The Reception was very helpful and changed our room from a double to a twin.

Such a lovely hotel, rooms were ideal, wonderful breakfast with all you could want to set you up for the day. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna a real added bonus. Great location and no problem if you're travelling by public transport as trains and buses very close by. All the staff were extremely good, friendly and helpful but a special mention to Sylvia who really ensured our every need was met. Thank you. And a cheeky tip! If you're booking one of the standard rooms, ask if room 12 is available - very spacious!

A return visit to Rye for 4 of us in our party of 6. We wished to stay at Rye Lodge again and were not disappointed. The 2 'new' visitors of us loved Rye Lodge as much as we do. We appreciate the traditional ambience. Our stay was for the two nights of Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th June. We arrived about 1pm and made welcome by the very friendly receptionist. All staff greeted us with a friendly smile throughout our stay and were extremely helpful. Our rooms, very clean, comfortable. Breakfasts really delicious. We enjoyed times in the lovely Champagne Bar and some of our group really loved the opportunity to relax in the Spa facilities.
