It was a short visit but a very nice hotel, recently renovated with great taste and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good as well. Very centrally located.

Amazing experience, I would love to come back

my friend and i stayed at hotel de verbier this january 2025 and found the experience truly outstanding. both the hard product (the design, cleanliness, maintenance, quality of materials) and the soft product (customer service, staff eagerness to help, owner engagement) are excellent. the hotel is beautifully designed and the owners clearly invested a lot of time and resources into creating a home away from home feel. the staff and owner (ebba) were super friendly and helpful. thank you!!

Really enjoyed our brief stay. The whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived Both receptionists and the two ladies that served breakfast were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Looking forward to returning later in the season Thank you

The ladies that run the hotel do a very good job. They have initiative and get things done i.e. TV channels not working, bathroom fan not working. All fixed on same day. They apologise and get it fixed. They listen to the client and are empathetic. Breakfast had a variety of choices and all good quality with freshly made orange juice. The young morning waiters were diligent and had always a smile despite the numerous early morning guests that like us were in a hurry to eat and get to the slopes. I shall definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
