We had a great stay. The room, hospitality shown by all staff for us and our dog, sparkling wine tasting, yoga studio, peloton bike, your wine list, the dinner (the list could go on). We are really looking forward to come back in the Autumn! Paul and Neketa The one piece of constructive feedback is that the communication around the weddings hosted on either side of our stay could have been made a bit clearer (we knew we had to check out on the Saturday, but hadn’t realised the hotel wouldn’t be available until 11am on the Friday). Our recent stay for 2 days was just perfect. We loved your hotel, it’s setting, design and staff. Having the beach across the road was perfect. The facilities and service were faultless. A special mention about Anna. Her service and infectious smile (and enthusiasm) were so gratefully received and made us feel really special. We only had breakfast during our stay and we wish we could eat that quality of food wherever we went, it was amazing! So also a mention to your chef(s). Dear Elise I spent a week at The Gallivant with my family 22 July -29 July. I cannot praise your team enough. Unfortunately my mother had to go to A&E during her stay and it happened during Corey's shift. Corey called the ambulance and was amazing throughout the whole incident, both efficient and caring. My Mum thankfully recovered and could come back to the Gallivant the following day. I could mention everyone really but Lindsay, Anna, Paul, Dan immediately spring to mind as being incredibly caring and helpful. Lovely room, fantastic food

Super stay. Sitting outside our room listening to the bees in the lavender was the perfect way to relax. Great food and wine too. I'm hopeless at names but the young man on reception when we checked in and the breakfast waitress were super

We came here for a well earned chill out weekend. And that’s exactly what we got. We leave feeling refreshed and ready for life. Beautiful rooms, lovely beach house and restaurant, fantastic attentive staff. The food was outstanding. And the service was at just the right level, not stuffy but also top quality. The only small note was the shower door in our room. (Room 17) did have a small leak when you take a shower but that didn’t detract from the perfect stay we had.
