As soon as we walked in to the Gallivant, we were made to feel very welcome and very relaxed. The room was beautiful and because the weather was so bad we decided to hunker down by the fire with some drinks and have dinner in the restaurant. The food was exceptional, I would definitely recommend the oysters! The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. I look forward to returning :)

A magical place on the south coast , it was great to be back. The team looked after us so well!

We had the most wonderful time. The gallivant really exceeded all expectations. The finishing touches of the happy hours (oysters included!), incredible menu for breakfast, upgrade were amazing! It was so cosy and the interiors were to die for!!

We had a fabulous two night stay at The Gallivant. It was faultless. Cozy, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, amazing food and comfortable rooms. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and felt 'at home' as soon as we arrived. There were several unique formats, i.e. the breakfast, wine at five, wellies, beach bags and towels being easily available.
