Omg where do we start…it’s our 1st Anniversary, we’ve spent our whole time doing stuff with the kids so going away is a special time. Also celebrating our anniversary. We arrived a bit late. Lindsay was immediately on hand. She was welcoming as were ALL the team. First class in every area. The feel of the place, warmth, smiles, welcoming, detail and service were second to none. We loved the food! Congrats to the kitchen! Super all round. Everyone was amazing! Will be back. Clare & Doug

I had the most wonderful stay with you last week. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by an extra day. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. In particular, Georgina, whom I interacted with the most, was a delight. I found the gardens to be perfectly manicured with many opportunities to sit and read. And, the food was exceptional. I had dined every night and was very satisfied. The only glitch was taxi availability. I didn't have a car and getting a taxi was quite tricky. I realize this is out of your control. Said that, I was driven to the train station on the day of my departure by the resident manager of "happiness" which was not only generous but was a testament your excellent customer service. I can't wait to return.

We really loved staying there and will definitely be back again soon. Lindsay and her team were incredible for our short stay. We loved the Garden room, will definitely be booking that again next time.

We booked a last minute stay at The Gallivant and had a wonderful stay. It really exceeded all expectations and is a truly lovely place to get away. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

We had such a lovely stay - it really is a gem. Felt comfortable and stylish, but not in anyway pretentious. All the staff stood one, especially a newer blonde lady on reception. Such a kind and helpful person! There was a misunderstanding with the U30 rate on website, but the general manager was so great at dealing with it. She listed to the issue and solved very professionally. You can tell she really cares about the place :). Would love to come again!
