Our stay was made nothing less than perfect by the entire Gallivant team, a real role model for the hotel & hospitality industry. Each member of staff took time to introduce themselves and go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. May I also add that to say this hotel is ‘Dog-friendly’ would be and understatement, our three dogs were greater with the same warmth and hospitality as any two-legged guest. A fantastic stay with my dog, thanks to a charming, welcoming and positive team from arriving to leaving. Stayed in the middle of winter, blustery walks, cosy afternoons in the communal ‘snug’ area filled with board games, books and bowls of fruit and nuts. Dinner was delicious both nights and everyone hugely knowledgable and wanting to help. Highly recommend a stay and look forward to being back soon!

A huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay at the Gallivant really special, and the relaxing start to 2023 that I really needed. This is an exceptional place, beautiful calm and relaxing, and in a wonderful setting. Above all the staff were endlessly helpful and fun to chat to. I cant recommend this special place highly enough.

Amazing! We are kitesurfers so the location is perfect for us. Honestly one of our favourite hotels in the UK….amazing food, decor, rooms. Super comfortable and cozy. We have stayed 4 times now and always great service. Love that they do yoga classes too. Highly highly recommend!
