Had a wonderful stay and looking forward to our return visit

Dear Elise I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Gallivant. We had a truly fantastic stay, and can't wait to return. In no particular order... The food was exceptional. Food is my absolute passion and a huge part of what makes me happy when I am staying away from home. We both could not have been more impressed. I have a severe gluten allergy but my dishes were no less delicious for it. That is often not the case and I really appreciated not feeling like I was missing out. The service is absolutely perfect. By perfect I mean genuine, friendly and warm. It is clear that the people who work at the Gallivant, want to do so. The rooms are just lovely, with everything you need and nothing you don't need! Great hairdryer (very important!), gorgeous bedding, full size products in the bathroom (nothing is more frustrating than a tiny bottle of conditioner when you have long hair!), TV with everything you could want and lastly, a nice warm space to go back to. Faultless. The little extras are a great touch (bedtime drinks and 5pm wine). Overall the Gallivant really blew us away and I shall be returning with my partner, hopefully in early April. Please don't change a thing - you have the perfect hotel! Louise
