Stayed here for a one night getaway and wished we could have stayed longer! From start to finish we were made to feel right at home. Lindsay and the team were wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful, everywhere smelt delightful. There were lots of extra touches that made our stay feel even more special - wellies for walks, tea and coffee station with a selection of juices you could help yourself to. Blankets, bags and towels you can use for the beach which the proximity is unbeatable. Everything we encountered were all of the highest quality. Can’t forget the English wine at 5, the perfect little treat whilst you relax playing a selection of games. We opted to have a romantic sunset fish and chips in the dunes which was packed up for us with two lovely cocktails to drink alongside. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it, every little detail was perfect. You can count on leaving here very relaxed and in a rush to rebook. Thank you all at the Gallivant.

Thank you for welcoming our group on a stormy night! We loved the incredible food, the ambience, great service and wonderful morning yoga. The rooms were comfortable and superbly furnished. Especially loved the beds and the softest towels!! Will return.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Gallivant. The stars of the show were the staff who were so helpful, friendly and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular, it was comforting to know that all staff were aware of our nut allergy and took immediate steps to ensure all food was nut free. Anna was a bright and cheery presence in the morning and Lete at reception was so friendly throughout our stay. It is those details that really make a difference. We were also pleased to see the hotel looking so good and comfortable, particularly the bar which was very snug. We will be back!
