My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this delightful hotel ,ideal for exploring this medieval little town,which we had not visited before Our room ,one of the Deluxe ones ,was extremely comfortable ,and had every amenity,including dressing gowns and slippers These were ideal for our daily trips to the in house swimming pool and spa in the Venetion Leisure Centre ,which was a delightful bonus We were set up for the day with a delicious well cooked breakfast ,and efficiently served by a delightful young lady All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient ,and could not do enough to help,especially when we were all affected by a power cut on the 3rd day

The location and parking was good. The Room (19) was very good but needed more hanging space -- a second wardrobe on the window side adjacent to the bed head would suffice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would recommend the Hotel and would be happy to stay there again. David Gray 2nd March 2016

This is a lovely welcoming hotel ideally placed for exploring Rye The room was clean and comfortable and decor fresh. The breakfast was lovely and freshly made Lovely staff very attentive and friendly

Enjoyable stay on groupon deal. Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. Shame sauna wasn't working but we used the pool. Breakfast - plenty of choice and well cooked. All in all a very good stay

Brilliant stay, all staff lovely, room was clean and breakfast was very tasty. Liked the added touches the hotel provides such as toiletries in bathroom and umbrellas available for guests to use.
