My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay with you. You have created a wonderful atmosphere and a beautifully welcoming environment. The interior design is a delight and the food was amazing. We took you up on the Complete Gallivant which was a great option to make the most of our stay with the nice touches this includes. ( We were missed out though on our Drift Off sleepy tea last night but not a problem at all as we were naturally very tired after a day of walking in the local area. What makes The Gallivant work so well is your staff, they all know how to provide outstanding, friendly , informative service with a smile. From the moment we arrived Lyndsay greeted us warmly and then from there everyone we encountered Tim , John , Lara in the bar and restaurant and Crystal on front desk were a pleasure to meet. Ruth also looked after us very well with our massages. Those whose names we didn’t pick up were also all excellent ambassadors of your impressive establishment. The attention to detail from the games, books to the artwork and fixtures and fittings are all perfect. We are looking forward to seeing your new hotel in Kent and will be recommending The Gallivant to our friends as a truly memorable place to enjoy a wonderful break. Always a joy to stay at the Gallivant! Friendly service, fabulous location and the best Dirty Vodka Martini I have ever tasted (many thanks to the barman...). Look forward to our return.

Visited The Gallivant on the 18th April and booked to stay for one night. What a lovely Boutique Hotel. As soon as you walk through the doors you get a lovely feeling about the place. We arrived at about 12:30, knowing that we couldn’t check in until 4pm. So enjoyed the free coffee and lovely cookies in the comfortable lounge area. The location right by Camber Beach was just perfect for a wonderful walk and two and half hours later we checked into our very cosy room which was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable - we had a very good nights sleep. We booked in advance for an evening meal which was very enjoyable in the lovely dining area. The outside seating area was very welcome following our walk - sitting in the sunshine drinking a G&T was so relaxing - a very nice touch and much enjoyed by the other guests. All in all a very pleasant stay - thank you The Gallivant for looking after us so well.

A superb stay, from start to finish. The team are achieving their goal. We felt completely chilled. Never rushed. Everyone was attentive and we were consistently served with a smile. Thank you Gallivant for a wonderful night away 🌞

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, which was, in a large part, due to the excellent service we received from everybody at the Gallivant. We really couldn't single anybody out!
