What a lovely few days!!! We had a girls trip to The Gallivant to celebrate a 60th birthday and even though the weather was pretty poor we had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of little touches that make it different, the staff are all friendly and efficient, and added lots of little extras that made our trip memorable. We mentioned that we were going to try and catch the sunset in the sand dunes and that afternoon we found wicker bags in our rooms containing glasses and a complementary voucher for a flask of cocktail at the bar to take with us. We were also given pots of nuts and olives - made our day. We had massages and took part in a couple of yoga sessions that were all A*, the lady who took the Friday morning yoga was particularly good. All the meals we had in the restaurant were excellent with great service too. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will defiantly be going back, maybe with our dog in tow next time.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was so well thought out and all the little details were spot on - Wellies for walks on the beach, blankets for the outdoor area, tea and coffee available all day. We loved the idea of giving guests water bottles for their stay and used ours all the time. We came to remote work for a couple of days and it was the perfect place to do so - lots of comfy places to work, power outlets etc. The room was beautiful and super comfy. Yoga classes were great and we thought were pitched at the right level to cater to people of different abilities. Food and drink was fantastic. Finally the service from everyone was absolutely second to none. The team seemed genuinely happy and passionate about working there and were always friendly and on hand to help with anything (bringing snacks, booking taxis) etc. nothing was too much trouble and the staff were super attentive while also being discreet and not overbearing. Overall a wonderful stay!

Dear Elise, We had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Gallivant. The room was delightful, all staff friendly and helpful at all times, and the food was delicious. Lyndsey was brilliant: when we checked in, I asked for a kettle and on our return from a short walk on the beach, we had a beautiful tray waiting for us. We also loved the infectious enthusiasm of the young manager who greeted us for our evening meal. Although our stay was sadly a brief one we came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Another wonderful stay at The Gallivant. All the staff on duty during the my stay (23-25 March) were first class. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all exceptional. Everyone on duty understands your product so well. 10/10! The beds and pillows are a dream. The food was so delicious and the provision of recipe cards a marvellous idea. Thanks to you all. I'm coming back again soon, so will look forward to that very much.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay at the Gallivant. We felt very well and carefully looked after given my partner's disability. Nothing was too much trouble and the food and rooms and overall atmosphere and feel of the place was relaxed and gently luxurious. There was a lot of attention to detail and the general areas where you could relax or work or chat were very attractive.
