You have the most wonderfully motivated staff with the result that they create a brilliant atmosphere at an equally wonderful hotel

We had a brilliant stay here, as usual. The staff all loved Luna (our black lab puppy) and a special mention to Naketa who helped me out before our stay (we made several changes) as well as on check out. She was polite and professional and it was nice to meet a genuinely friendly and humorous person. And also to Anna, who made breakfast a very good experience indeed.

Well what can we say but a big thankyou to the Gallivant for a truly lovely experience we had while staying with you. Monty made us very welcomed when we arrived and escorted us to our beautiful room ( Shannon ). We loved the decor and theme of the hotel and the ambience it gave off,perfect. All the staff made us feel at home so hats off to you all. Anna for bringing sunshine to our breakfast, Jonathan for his good bar service, Paul for guiding us through the wine list, Elton for his attention and Jamie and his staff for the lovely food and of course the lovely gardens tended by Fiona. It's difficult to single out anyone we met during our second stay at The Gallivant. They have the best team of any hotel we've stayed at. Great service from Louisa, Jonathan, Monty, and a nice cheerful greeting from Carolyn in the corridor! Naketa gave us a great welcome and showed us to our beautiful room and it was great to chat to Paul B - he really knows the local scene and wines. And of course Elton, who is a star and remembered us from our stay last summer. We will be back.
