Thank you all for looking after us so well on Friday. The service was excellent throughout the day. It would be unfair to single one person out as everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would however like to thank your Night Porter in particular for his calmness and patience dealing with a young, energetic and fairly demanding team!! Thank you Gallivant.. we'll be back again soon (if you'll have us!)

Second stay and `we will be back and will also recommend to friends and family when the house we are building nearby is too full! All staff were very helpful and efficient. In particular, Agnes, who found my husbands Mac charger left in the room and who is going to mail it to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The staff were all superb...friendly, attentive and extremely professional. The food was excellent, as was the dining experience. The hotel was really a calm and cool oasis during very hot weather and there was a lovely atmosphere throughout. Great hotel! Great spot!

We had a brilliant time as always. The staff were great with a particular mention to Anna, Corey and Lindsay who couldn't have done more to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Truly is a home from home!

This is the first time at The Gallivant but the third time at the location, having stayed at your predecessor. The changes are wonderful, it was my partner’s 60th and we wanted somewhere relaxed, not like a hotel and he wanted fish and chips on the beach. You weren’t able to arrange the latter - I’m not sure why - but everything else was excellent. All the staff are fantastic, couldn’t have been more welcoming while not fussing. It’s a special spot. We spent far too much on your fabulous wine choices, but you only turn 60 once, right! Thank you to everyone. Ruth
