Every member of staff were so welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and kind. If we had to pick one member of staff that stood out, it would actually be so difficult to say. They were all so lovely. We were particularly impressed with all board games, the cute notice board and the quality of food. Absolutely loved the art work and decor. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous!! A one night stay for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The gardens are stunning, full of Jasmine and beautiful rose bushes. The hotel is delightful and full of extremely thoughtful extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Dinner was divine! I had the lamb which made my mouth water. Morning Yoga on the beach with India was serene. Breakfast wax treat with the option to pop it in a bag and wander down to the beach to eat al fresco. The staff were warm, kind and engaging. Thank you Oscar, for the perfectly crafted flat whites that helped us on our way as we sadly left for home. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The staff were excellent and welcoming. James on front of house was brilliant, so polite and helpful. The Scottish manager in the restaurant was also brilliant, so knowledgeable and so engaging with all the guests. The only suggestion & not a criticism would be nice to have a complimentary soft drinks and biscuits in the room. But to be honest a lovely experience and we'll be back with the rest of the family. Thank you

What a wonderful hotel. James was so lovely greeting us and showing us around. The room was so clean ,cosy and the bed so comfortable. Our dinner was delicious. Lovely staff. We slept so well. We will definitely stay again only 45 mins from our house. I did leave my cat book by the bed. I’ll collect it when I’m passing later today room 2. Sole. Thank you.

We had a simply lovely overnight stay at the Gallivant. All the staff were delightful-friendly and helpful at all times. The food was deliciously fresh and imaginative and the decor and furnishings so in tune with the location. We look forward to another visit.
