Loved our fabulous stay. You gave us the feeling of being on holiday abroad but without the airport stress. Particularly enjoyed yoga on the beach. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

We loved our stay at The Gallivant and really enjoyed the lovely areas to sit in, the delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We also loved all the little extras such as fresh milk, top-notch products, wellies to borrow and the choice of English wines. Only thing I would change is that although it is lovely to have jazz playing in the evening, we would have preferred something a little bit more mellow at breakfast time. Definitely would recommend to friends and hope to visit again ourselves.

We had the loveliest stay with you. Nikita was a real star - a great asset. Food was consistently delicious, all the staff very good. Breakfast seemed a little under resourced on the staffing front but we were happy to wait in the sunshine. Loved the yoga on the beach. Definitely will be back. Alison & Fergus Lawlor

Hello Elise Our stay was all to brief as we were en route to the Channel Tunnel. Everything was fantastic but I would particularly point out the following. The standard of housekeeping was exceptional. The room was spotless. It felt like no one had stayed before. The general maintenance of the building and its public areas was also faultless. Often something of a let down in other hotels. The gardens are beautiful- so relaxing and clearly tended with love. We did not experience dinner but the bar was super and the team kindly made us a cheese toastie when we arrived late which was amazing 😊 Breakfast was ideal and the menu well balanced. Local produce selected with care. Coffee just as I like it. Looking forward to another visit Best Alex

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is stylish and clean and the atmosphere is very peaceful. The Room and bed were comfortable and the small partitioned garden with table & chairs is delightful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and yoga with India on the beach was amazing! She is such a beautiful soul. The food was delicious, and I would throughly recommend the coconut yogurt. Please let the chefs know. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family and would definitely try stay again. Warm regards Caz & Tone
