Our recent stay at The Gallivant was our second visit, and it was a great way to spend New Year's. The peaceful coastal setting provided the perfect backdrop to relax and start the year on a calm and positive note. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their helpfulness and professionalism stood out once again. The food and drinks were excellent. The room was cozy, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We're glad we chose The Gallivant for our New Year's getaway and would happily return in the future.

Really beautiful hotel & every need had been catered for. Tea and cakes in the afternoon, cheese & English wine an hour later, then an amazing meal in the evening. Back in the room we had chocolate, hot water for tea and a pillow spritz one night and body oil the next. Excellent breakfasts too, with all this food we didnt need lunch, although 2 in our party squeezed in fish and chips for lunch one day & said it was off the charts! The staff are charming, the rooms and communal areas are divine, this place is an oasis.

It was another great stay. Main difference from our last visit was the new breakfast concept. I was sceptical at first but I am now a convert!

Fab stay. Exceptional service. Great decor and fab food and drinks. Will defo be back.

Service was outsanding. Everyone was delightful and the extras provided around New Year's Eve were excellent.
