Lovely place to stay. Characterful rooms, great staff, and beautiful setting.

This was my 4th visit to The Gallivant and it still manages to get everything right, in fact we were upgraded which was a nice surprise so thank you. The team are great, food is fabulous, the bar is relaxed and the furnishings are chic. We will no doubt be back soon.

We stayed at the Gallivant with our family to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The hotel is wonderful and the little touches make it very special (the breakfast tray is definitely a highlight). It is the staff that make all the difference as they are absolutely fantastic and make everyone feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful weekend - we will be back!

Great place to stay with a fantastic location. Food delicious, particularly enjoyed the breakfast set up. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend!!
