An absolute fantastic nights stay last night. Beautiful room with everything I could need. Dinner delivered to my room which was wonderful. Comfiest beds too. I will be back and for longer. Thank you - everyone was wonderful.

Brilliant location, tremendous service, gorgeous food. Room 20 is probably the best. Dog friendly place, with the beach 50 metres away.

The theme of The Gallivant runs throughout the whole hotel, starting with the decor, to the staff, to the booking in/out process: Simple, elegant, practical and relaxed. The whole hotel is very relaxing, fresh and colourful. The staff are engaging, efficient and informative. Access to the beach is only 100 metres away, so we went for a walk before Dinner to watch the sunset and again before breakfast, to get woken up !

We had a fantastic time at the Gallivant. It was every bit as good as we'd hoped. The decor was sublime. It managed the beach feel without resorting to cliche'd styling. I've gone home with a few ideas to freshen up our home. We were most impress with the customer service throughout our stay and particarly Lindsay at front of house. Service was attentive without being overly familiar. When an establishment is this good it can feel a little over-exclusive and "sniffy" but we felt welcome and at ease throughout our stay. A real home from home. I was particularly pleased at the quality of the yoga class. These add-ons can often be mediocre at best but this was a high quality class with an excellent yogi. I only wish I were closer and could come regularly. I don't often write long reviews but you all deserve to hear how happy we were with our visit. Thank you and well done. A wonderful team makes for a wonderful experience.
