Perfect one night stay at The Gallivant. We chose The Complete Gallivant package and were delighted with everything, from the tea and cake at 4pm, to the sundowner cocktail at 5:30pm and the yoga class the next morning. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we were surprised at the wide amount of choice on the set dinner menu. We had a garden room which was lovely (would recommend spending that bit more for this) and a massage the next morning in the Bamford cabin finished off a glorious short visit.

We came for one night in September and were very impressed with all elements of our stay. The staff were all very accommodating and approachable. Our room was very stylish and comfortable with everything that we could have needed. We loved the eye for detail, very evident from the decor throughout the hotel. The food was extremely well judged and tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Having the beach just over the road and an outdoor patio garden was a real bonus. There is a lot available to try (yoga, beach picnics, sundowners, oysters, tea and cake). A real gem and we will return.

We came for one night and had a wonderful stay, our third visit this year. This time we stayed in a 'Large Hampton' room and loved it, especially the large bath! A great evening meal in the restaurant followed by a Yoga class the morning after. All the staff we encountered - reception, restaurant and housekeeping were so friendly and helpful- thank you all so very much. There really is something special about this hotel! We hope to revisit before the Year's end.
