We hugely enjoyed our night away in your oasis of calm. Pretty and comfortable room opening onto the garden in full bloom. Delicious and exciting menu but most importantly, friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Dan in the restaurant who looked after us beautifully. We can’t wait to come back with our new puppy once she has learnt some hotel etiquette!

Hi, When arriving, we were greeted by name, specially picked flowers and an upgrade to our room. The ability to charge our car after a trip from London was a massive relief - and as this night away was about unwinding - small things like this help. Many thanks for the special touches. We had a lovely special stay - again! Thanks for your follow-up code too, it's appreciated, however, we are more or less away for the next 3 months. Wow. The Gallivant is a special place and we loved our stay there. The staff were amazing in making sure that everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. A quick word for the food too which is unbelievably good. We’ve recommended a stay here to everyone we’ve spoken to since and hope to be able to revisit again. Thank you once again
